Brandy Von Holten
Founder of Country Tough Trail Versatility and owner/co-owner of multiple businesses, including Von Holten Ranch, Horsemanship with Brandy, Brandy Von Holten Consulting, Building with David, and Country Tough Apparel. She is the definition of a successful entrepreneur.
What fuels her fire? Helping others and showing them that anything is possible with hard work, determination, and grit. Brandy says, "If you have a dream, go after it! The world is yours for the taking."

Hannah Straatmann
My partner Ethan and I train together using methods based on communication and a good mindset. We meet the horses where they are and strive to help them accept and willingly work with their riders. From an in-depth groundwork program to riding with the goal of bridle horse accuracy, we work to improve ourselves and our horses every day.
Ethan is an Oklahoma Farrier School graduate, I have a bachelor’s in animal science, and we are still students of the horse.

Taressa Rankin
Taressa Rankin is the founder of TR Horsemanship LLC. She practices liberty-based horsemanship and strong foundational training built on trust and clear communication. Raised around horses, her lifelong passion is supported by a B.S. in Animal Science and experience in the therapeutic riding industry, along with competitive trail, mustang development, and years as an instructor and trainer.
In 2024, she was honored as Missouri’s Best Horse Trainer and serves as a CT2V board member and judge. After a severe knee injury in late 2024, Taressa plans to return to training in 2026 with a renewed commitment to thoughtful, safe partnerships between horse and human.

I have ridden, trained, bred, and owned horses since I was a child. I have YEARS of experience in halter, performance, 4-H, pleasure, trail, obstacles, roping, cutting, jumping, equitation... I've even ridden a racehorse around the track in one of those little jockey saddles!
